Google has quietly added a new update to their Maps application, and it's really helpful as well as interesting. You do not only get a route on your walking directions, but also an overview of the elevation changes along the way as you can see in the above photo.
This comes in handy especially when you want to be very sure of the path being taken towards your destination.
